Grounded in archaeological and historical evidence, we bring the food cultures and everyday lives of Ancient Greece, Late Antiquity, and Early Byzantium to life through immersive experiences.
Our work includes historical dinners, period cookery courses, lectures, workshops, experimental archaeology demonstrations, historical food tours, culinary consultancy, museum and cultural heritage projects, and research-based reconstructions of ancient gastronomy and everyday life.
